Informations générales
Trecator-SC est un agent antituberculeux qui possède des propriétés bactériostatiques. Il agit en inhibant la synthèse des protéines bactériennes. Il inhibe la croissance et la propagation des mycobactéries de la tuberculose. Ce médicament facilite la phagocytose au centre de l'inflammation de la tuberculose ce qui accélère sa résiliation. Trecator-Sc est également efficace dans le traitement de la lèpre.
Posologie
Prenez ce médicament exactement comme prescrit par votre médecin. Vous devez suivre soigneusement toutes les instructions. Administrez la dose par voie orale avec un verre plein d'eau. Trecator-SC doit être pris en même temps avec de la nourriture ou après les repas pour éviter les maux d'estomac. Généralement, la dose quotidienne recommandée pour les adultes est de 0,25 mg trois fois par jour. Si vous tolérez le médicament normalement, la dose peut être augmentée à 0,25 mg prise quatre fois par jour. Pour les patients âgés de 60 ans ou les patients avec le poids du corps qui est inférieure à 50 kilos, la posologie recommandée est de 0,25 mg prise deux fois par jour. Pour les enfants la dose maximale tolérée ne doit pas être plus de 0,75 mg par jour.
Précautions
Avertissez votre médecin de tous les autres médicaments que vous pourriez prendre en plus de celui-ci. La prise de ce médicament avec une certaine classe de médicaments peut entraîner l'augmentation ou la diminution des effets ou peut les modifier dans les deux médicaments. Contre-indications

Effets secondaires possibles

Interaction des médicaments
Ce médicament peut interagir avec une classe de médicaments de première ligne tels que l'isoniazide et des agents antituberculeux de seconde ligne (utilisé au cas où les médicaments de première ligne ne peuvent pas être pris) tels que la cyclosérine qui augmente le risque des convulsions. Des tranquillisants débilitants, des analgésiques narcotiques, les médicaments utilisés pour traiter les troubles du sommeil, les médicaments antipsychotiques comme la chlorpromazine, les antidépresseurs tricycliques comme l'amitriptyline, des antihistaminiques de première génération tels que la diphenhydramine, des relaxants musculaires et des médicaments contre l'épilepsie peuvent provoquer une somnolence sévère.
Omission de dose

General information
Amoxil is a penicillin antibiotic. It has antibacterial mechanism of action and can be applied for such infections as H. influenzae, N. gonorrhoea, E. coli, Pneumococci, Streptococci, and Staphylococci. It works by stopping the growth of bacteria. This antibiotic treats only bacterial infections. It will not work for viral infections (such as common cold, flu).

General information
Bactrim is an antibacterial synthetic product. Bactrim is prescribed for treatment of pneumonia and other diseases of respiratory, gastrointestinal systems, urogenital systems caused by bacterial infections which develop after surgery and others. It comprises two medicines sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim. General information
Ampicillin belongs to aminopenicillin group. It is a broad-spectrum antibiotic. Trecator-SC is anti-tuberculosis agent that possesses bacteriostatic properties. It works via suppressing bacterial protein synthesis. It inhibits growth and propagation of tuberculosis mycobacteria.
